If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

As we will be in constant contact during the creation process, I am afraid I cannot offer a refund on any custom made images.

You will be a part of the entire process, as I will be updating you with images as I work, and can reject any images or style that you don't care for. By the end of our session, you will have approved most of the package before the final product is ready for you. This is how I make sure that you are satisfied with your order!

How does this work?

When you've completed purchasing a package, you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

It is important that you pay attention to your email, as you will be updated when I post any news or images to our session.

After completion, your files will be available to you for downloading. I will provide a link for you to download your files from this website. I encourage you to download and save these files externally, as soon as possible. However, the files will be available to download again for the lifetime of this website.

Is it possible to buy custom image packages more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase the listing again, start a new session and you will be able to start a brand new custom image collection.

Will you reproduce copyrighted work?

Absolutely not! Any work that you get from me will be original images that were made using both AI and clever editing tricks. I will not use anyone's copyrighted work or characters, even for personal use.
